As the VP at 424, Brittany helps the team in so many ways, from producing podcasts, helping at content shoots, and signing new clients on, she is a powerhouse in the office.
Outside of the office, Brittany is a Varsity Cheer Coach (catch her on the sidelines under those Friday Night Lights!). Brittany loves to thrift, travel with her family and try new foods, and complete home renovations.

Shaun handles all large scale media buys, as well as oversees daily company operations.

Meaghan’s background in marketing products through social media and broadcasting, and her degree in Communications with a focus on Broadcasting make her a huge asset when it comes to digital and traditional marketing strategies.
At home, Meaghan is usually baking. If you haven’t tried Meaghan’s PopTart cookies…let’s just say she knows her way around a kitchen. As a lifelong Lions fan, Meaghan sports blue and silver all season long.

Gillian brings over four years of experience to the office, working in promotions and as a radio DJ for iHeart Radio, and as the Social Media Manager for the Hollywood Casino in Toledo, before finding her home at 424 Degrees.
With a degree in Media and Communications, Gillian's creativity and personality are the perfect combination of skills and assets for our Marketing Director as she oversees campaigns and consults with clients.

Before landing at 424 Degrees, Hayley interned in social media content creation for Twin Oast Brewery in Port Clinton, OH. Hayley holds a Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University, as well as having completed the Capital Program, a specialized track combining liberal arts with business through the Fisher College of Business at OSU.
In the office, Hayley excels in graphic design and content creation while providing assistance and guidance to the creative managers on the team.
At home, Hayley loves reality TV, brunch, and spending time with her son and her friends.

Mia has been with 424 Degrees for over a year since graduating from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing.
In the office, Mia manages running all the advertisements and creating content for clients. As the Media Buyer on the team, it's Mia's responsibility to track ad budgets and choose when and where an ad shows to consumers.
Outside of the office, Mia is passionate about hitting 10,000 steps per day, little shopping sprees, working out, and admiring her Jeep Wrangler.
